How to book an appointment 

Step 1:  Click on "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT"

• Click on the BOOK AN APPOINTMENT tab

• Fill out appointment form and click SUBMIT

Step 2: Schedule a consultation

• Once I receive your form I will reply via your preferred method of communication.

• From there we will schedule an in person consultation if deemed necessary. This will be to discuss the tattoo at length and for you to drop a deposit to secure your actual tattoo date.

Step 3: Show up for your appointment

• Come to the shop on time with a full stomach

• Deposits are non refundable under most circumstances. This is to compensate me for lost time if you decide to back out or not show up.

• If you need to reschedule, the money does transfer to other dates. Life does happen
